Return Policy

We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Delivery Charges will be Applied Except Damages or any other issues.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you will be sent a coupon code of the exact same value of the product. You can use the same coupon code to place a fresh order on www.DIVISHAFASHION.in.

Refunds

We will happily accept any unused, unwashed item with original tags within 30 Days of purchase for a refund.

Please return parcels with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.

Customer needs to return the parcels via traceable delivery service at his own expense to our address.

Delivery Charges will not be refunded.

Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products. You will be issued a coupon of the same monetary amount of the product you return. You can use this coupon to place a fresh order.

You may request for cancellation of your order at any time before the order is processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email followed by an SMS, with a tracking number so that you can track your order.

Once a product has shipped, the ‘Return and Exchange Policy’ will apply.
